Biography

Kayla Anthony is a first year graduate student in the College Student Personnel program. An alumni of the University of Tennessee, Kayla received a major in Recreation and Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. While she was an undergraduate student in Knoxville, Kayla interned with the Thornton Athletics Student Life Center in the Vol Life office assisting in: coordinating community service outreach requests for student-athletes, maintaining and updating the website, and planning as well as executing the VOLscars (the VOLS version of the Oscars).

She is a part of the career consulting team and assists students with industry-specific career preparation such as: resume feedback, practice interviews, networking with employers, job and internship search strategies, and graduate school admission. Kayla also assists in teaching a section of BA 320 – Career Planning & Placement for juniors and seniors in the Haslam College of Business.
