In 2016, Tatiana graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a M.S. in College Student Personnel. During her graduate study she had the opportunity to serve as a graduate assistant in the Center for Career Development- working with the Disability Careers Office and Career Opportunities for Students with Disabilities. In her current role, Tatiana has the opportunity to focus on identity-related career topics- working with students on being their full selves at work and connecting companies with the best UT talent.
