Return / Refund Policy:

Products:
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, you must call 865-974-5435 or send an email to mreinert@utk.edu to receive a return authorization approval. You will be asked for a brief description of the problem. If the product owner grants authorization for a return, please make a copy of the original paperwork and include that in the box with the item. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original order date, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

Services:

Job fair cancellations must be sent to Deanna Bonner at dcbonner@utk.edu. Full job fair refunds will be granted for cancellations requested at least two weeks prior to the event date.

Shipping Information

Shipping fees are included in the price of items featured on the Career Services Webstore.

Delivery Statement

All items are shipped via USPS and are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

Your Security Is Important To Us

We know your privacy is very important to you. When you place orders on our site, all of your order information, including your card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
