Ad Space Information

Career Services publishes a special tabloid newspaper containing pertinent information on the Job Fair and a listing of participating employers. The publication will appear as an insert in the University of Tennessee student newspaper with a circulation of 16,000 on the day before the Job Fair.

To purchase an advertisement, select the ad size while registering for the Job Fair. You will the receive submission instructions via email. If you have any questions please contact DeAnna Bonner.

Advertisement Submission Information:

Submit camera-ready ads (Black & White or 4 Color Process) to the sizes specified below. Color ads are an additional $150 for any size. The ads must be submitted digitally, preferably by e-mail to dcbonner@utk.edu or on a Zip disk or CD. Acceptable file formats include Macintosh compatible files: PDF (preferred), EPS, JPEG or TIFF. Please do NOT send PC documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) Recommended halftone resolution is 200 ppi.
