Hundreds of students representing a wide variety of academic majors participate
in this annual event. The 2007 Expo saw an attendance of almost 1,300!
We focus our attention for this event on junior level students who will
be interviewing for permanent positions next year as well as graduating
seniors. This means that the Spring Job Fair really kicks off the 2008-2009 season.
It is the first step in publicizing your organization and its opportunities
to our students, and it's a great way to enhance your visibility!
The advantages of UT's Spring Job Fair are many!
- Establish pre-recruitment relationships with Juniors and Seniors
- Make early contact with Sophomores exploring career opportunities
- Recruit for full-time positions
- Meet UT faculty members

Registration Cost for Spring Job Fair:
- $400 for 1 or 2 people
- $75 for each additional person beyond 2
ADVERTISE YOUR COMPANY:
You can purchase ad space when you register for the Spring Job Fair through
Hire-A-Vol. Register and you will also have the opportunity to advertise
your company in our Student Newspaper Supplement. We will prepare
an insert in the student newspaper, The Daily Beacon. The insert
will provide information for students about the event and should help
generate a greater level of participation. Click

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please note: The Spring Job Fair has been moved to Thompson Boling Arena. Be sure to mark your shipments "Spring Job Fair," and ask the shipper to HOLD FOR DELIVERY on Tuesday, March 25. The Arena cannot be responsible for items received earlier.

Items received will be at your table on the Arena floor.
Important: Fed Ex and UPS will pick up any items you are shipping back after 3:30 on Thursday, March 27. Be sure to have the your shipping labels filled out and properly attached. (If you have multiple items to ship, make sure you note a number out of total, ex. 1 of 3.)
If you are shipping with another carrier, YOU will need to contact them directly for pick-up. Remember, all items must be removed immediately after the fair. Thank you for your cooperation.
