What is Included in Your Registration?

Your registration includes a 6-foot table, 2 chairs and surrounding space (approximately 1 ft. on either side of your table and 2 ft. behind) and 4 representatives (there is a fee for 5+ representative in attendance). Displays should be no wider than 6 feet and must fit in your display area. Beverages and a light snack will be provided. Parking is provided and instructions for parking locations will be sent out before the event.

General Event Information

  • Unloading
    • Fairs housed in Thompson-Boling Arena
      • You may drive through the Arena to unload your vehicle. There will be volunteers available to assist you and take your materials to your table.
    • Fairs housed in the University Center Ballroom
      • You will unload your vehicle near the University Center and volunteers will be available to assist you and take your materials to your table.
  • Set-up
    • You will be able to set-up your table/display 1-2 hours before the event. Specific set-up procedures for your event will be emailed to you.
  • Parking
    • Parking instructions will be emailed to you the week before the event date.

  • Day After Fair Interviews
    • Reservations for an interview room can be reserved when you register for the event
    • There is a $150 fee per interview room, maximum of 2 rooms
    • Interview schedules will be filled at the event
