SALARIES ACCEPTED BY 2003-2004 GRADUATES
The salary figures reported represent ACCEPTED job offers.  They do not represent salaries for all students who accepted jobs because 1) some students choose not to disclose this information, and 2) some placement information is obtained from parents who do not know the salaries of the graduates.  Salary figures are received either from the employing organization or from the graduates themselves.
Annual base pay is used in this report, standard practice established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.  This omits anticipated bonuses, commissions, and increases during the first year of work.  Where commission is a major component of a person’s compensation, the information is excluded from the report.
