Coughenour has been UT Director of Career Services since August 2005. Russ holds his B.A. from West Virginia University and graduated from Marshall University in 1990 with an M.A. in Counseling/College Student Personnel Administration. Russ has been the director at two other institutions, Augusta State University and The University of Tampa. Russ' credentials also include NACE Leadership and SHRM Leadership and he has served as SHRM Chapter President (Tampa 2003). Russ has been certified as a Job and Career Transition Coach, MBTI Administrator, and Career Leader facilitator. Russ oversees budgeting, personeel and strategic planning for UT Career Services.
