Coporate planning and development - management of three restaurant divisions. Monday A.M. review previous week P.M. meeting and/or conference call. Tuesday A.M. conference call P.M. visit sites and/or projects.

Suggestions I would give to undergraduate students with regard to courses, internships, and other means of preparation for my career field:
You have to experience the restaurant industry first hand to know if it is for you. If it is it is addicting.

Other advice for students interested in gaining entry into and pursuing a career in this field:
You will work harder than most, but if you get restaurants into your blood you will have more fun at work than any of your friends.
