Brief description of my job responsibilities, e.g. a typical week in my job:
Daily processing of Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRPS) from the transfer agent into a clients firm name account.  Research and resolve rejections of DRPS through the Depository Trust Automated System.  Train individuals in similar position new to the firm.

Suggestions I would give to undergraduate students with regard to courses, internships, and other means of preparation for my career field:
Definitely intern first before pursuing a career in the brokerage industry. Focus on oral and written commuication skills.

My career path in getting to this position:
Worked in a brokerage firm before I came into my present position.
