My role at ATS is drive all business development activities for the organization. This includes strategy,
marketing, and sales. I lead a team of business executives as we offer our recruiting and consulting offering
to companies all over the United States.

Suggestions I would give to undergraduate students with regard to courses, internships, and other means of preparation for my career field:
Do something you are passionate about. Liberal arts is very helpful because it gives you a well rounded
education and helps provide good communication skills.

My career path in getting to this position:
I am an original partner in the firm.
