Which Job Fair Should I Attend?

UT Career Services offers several outstanding job fairs every year. To determine which event(s) best meet your organization’s needs, below are brief descriptions to help you select the career fair(s) that would be most productive. Part-Time Job Fair
This event is held during the first week of the Fall Semester (late August) and is perfect for employers seeking students for part-time job opportunities.

Social Impact Fair
This event is ideal for employers who are seeking students interested in volunteer and ServiceCorps opportunities.

Fall Job Fair
The Fall Job Fair, our LARGEST event, is a great way to kick off your recruiting year. This event is ideal for employers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to recruit recent & upcoming graduates for full-time and/or internship opportunities.

CASNR (College of Agricultural Sciences & Natural Resources) Career Fair
A niche fair focusing on career opportunities for students with majors in this college.

Communications Job & Internship Fair
This event targets CCI students seeking internships and/or career positions.

MBA Job Fair
The MBA Job Fair is specifically for employers recruiting MBA students for full-time and internship opportunities.

Summer Job & Internship Fair
Each year in February this event kicks off the Spring Semester and is perfect for recruiting students for your summer jobs and internship opportunities. Internships can be offered year round—not just during the summer.

Education Job Fair
School systems from around the country recruit in March for various types of teaching positions.

Spring Job Fair
The Spring Job Fair, typically held in March, is geared toward students seeking full-time employment.

Diversity Job Fair
The Diversity Job Fair is designed to increase employer access to talented underrepresented students at the University of Tennessee.
