Purpose

• To facilitate communication between the CCDAE and its employer partners to better understand employer needs and to promote increased opportunities for collaboration.
• To provide guidance in the areas of services related to topics such as: best recruiting practices, student outcomes/first destination data collection, DEI initiatives, optimization of career-related opportunities on Handshake, consolidation of student internship data, identification of employer needs, and other timely topics.
• To assist the CCDAE in defining priorities, strategies, and outcomes for service delivery to our employer partners.

We value our employer partners who have dedicated their time on the Employer Advisory Council to assist us in providing excellence service to employers and students.
