Biography

Aiola Gill is an Academic and Career Exploration Coach who primarily works with exploratory first-year and sophomore scholars who are choosing their majors and careers in individual and group settings.

Prior to assuming this role, Aiola was an Intervention Specialist at UNC-Wilmington, where she worked with first-year student retention. 

Aiola is a certified academic life coach through Coach Training EDU. She believes scholars need to be active participants in their academic experience and provides the guidance and support needed on their personal journey to success.

Aiola is from Pogradec, Albania and is passionate about travel, food, social justice and Netflix. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and two Boston Terriers.
