Biography

Alexis Andershock is the Assistant Director for Outreach. Her main responsibilities include supervising and managing the Peer Career Advisor program, creating and maintaining campus partnerships to embed career development resources into existing programs, and managing the Career Advocates Training Program. She is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), Southern Association of College and Employers (SoACE), and Tennessee Association of Colleges and Employers (TACE).Ā 

Before she was in her current role, Alexis was the Career Coach for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences students in the Center for Career Development & Academic Exploration for around 3 years. In her free time, Alexis loves exploring Knoxville, hanging out with her family, college football, and cooking.

Responsible Areas: Peer Career Advisor Program Administration, Campus Partner Outreach/Event Coordination, and Career Advocates Training Program
