Biography

Heather Hall (she/her/hers) is the Career Coach for Inclusion Initiatives. In this role she leads outreach to inclusive scholar organizations, classes, and campus units and provides identity-specific career development programs and services focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.  She also connects employers who practice inclusive hiring practices to scholars and the campus community. She serves on the SafeZone Facilitation Team in partnership with the Pride Center. 

Before working in the Center for Career Development & Academic Exploration, Heather was a graduate research assistant in the Frieson Black Cultural Center for two years. Heather received her Master of Science in College Student Personnel from UTK in 2021 and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UTK in 2018. Heather is passionate about the scholar experience, diversity, equity, inclusion, person-first leadership, and the volunteer spirit. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and all things coffee.
